A list of Jill's E320 repairs and upgrades:

Engine compartment:

New thermostat.
New crankshaft position sensor (CPS).
Replacement belt tensioner idler.
New water pump.
New battery.
New water pump, thermostat.
New plugs, spark wires.
New fuel filter.
Cleaned engine ground cluster.
New valve cover gaskets.
New brushes in auxiliary water pump.
New coil packs.
Repaired broken headlight aiming arm.

Body:

License plate lamp connection repaired.
New front shocks absorbers.
New RF axle.
New hood star.
Hitch and bike rack.
Repaired right-hand fog light wiring.
New LF axle.
Rear brake pads.
New LF xenon headlight bulb.
New LED high beams.
New LF tie rod.
New RF axle. (Again.)

Cabin:

Replaced broken locking system vacuum pump with good used. (Came with car.)
Replaced missing driver's seat heater fuse.
Reconnected LR interior door release. Properly, this time.
Replaced broken driver's-door courtesy light switch. (Restored dome light functionality.)
Replaced RF door latch with good used. (Other half of the locking system repairs.) All locking/unlocking functions now work, including the rear headrest release and the trunk pop.
Owner's manual.
Replaced missing front cupholder mechanism.
Replaced dead lamps behind the warning center.
Glued loose gearshift knob.
Repaired instrument cluster's side LCD panels. (Extremely common, and ~~straightforward~~ more difficult than it appears to fix.)
Cleaned and unstuck rear-seat cupholder. Installed first-aid kit.
New LR window regulator.

Still broken:

Driver's seat heater seems inoperative.
Only one key. Spendy!
Squeaky roller on passenger-side seat belt.
Tear in driver's seat bolster. Looks almost like a cut rather than wear.
Belly pan blew off.

Expenses:

Time is in hours, and cost should be obvious. I'll use U-Pull prices for used parts that I've already got; it's where most of 'em came from anyway! Fiddly small stuff like clips and screws are no charge at the U-Pull, if you're buying other bigger stuff anyway. Some of the times may seem inflated, miscellaneous diagnostic time sometimes gets tacked onto something else done in that session. The intent is that the total time spent on the car is reasonably accurate, not necessarily that the time shown for any given job is exact. (Even so the total is probably still under-reported.) Time spent keeping this log, not insignificant, is also not included.
